Revelation 9, 365 DAYS OF LOVE #218 & 219

*Yesterday, my internet died just as I was going to post my blog so I couldn't update it. Sorry! But I did do it :)

PASSAGE: The Trumpets

MEMORY VERSE: "Who is going to harm you if you are eager to do good? But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. "Do not fear what they fear; do not be frightened." 1 Peter 3:13

NOTES: (v.3) Fifth angel: "And out of smoke locusts came down upon the earth and were given power like that of scorpions of the earth They were told not to harm the grass of the earth or any plant or tree, but only those people who did not have the seal of God on their foreheads. They were not given power to kill them, but only to torture them for five months. And the agony they suffered was like that of the sting of a scorpion when it strikes a man."
Sixth angel: (v.15) "the four angels who had been kept ready for this very hour and day and month and year were released to kill a third of mankind...A third of mankind was killed by the three plagues of fire, smoke, and sulfur that came out of their mouths. "
(v.20) "The rest of mankind that were not killed by these plagues still did not repent of the work of their hands; they did not stop worshiping demons, and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone and wood--idols that cannot see or hear or walk. Nor did they repent of their murders, their magic arts, their sexual immorality or their thefts."

ACT OF LOVE #218: I was home alone with me and my dog, and he began to whine and growl. Even though I was pretty busy with college apps and spent the whole day working on essays, I took some time out to take Bambi for a walk and feed him some of my leftover ham from Thanksgiving. Then, I spent some time at home playing with him...he usually gets ignored, which is pretty sad.

#219: I spent my lunch making paper stars for this little girl named Ava out of paper chopstick wrappings. She absolutely LOVED them and got really excited everytime I made a new one!
Also, helped my parents set up and decorate the Christmas tree. My mom was too scared of using the ladder, but she needed to get ornaments to the top of the tree, so I did it instead! (even with my lowkey fear of heights). The tree looks FABULOUS! Christmastime is HERE!
