Ephesians 6, 365 DAYS OF LOVE #146: PRAYING FOR MOM

*I know I just finished Philippians and I had just recently studied Ephesians 6, but I felt convicted to study the Armor of God again and to really let it "soak" in my heart.

*WOOW I had typed up this super long Notes section with color coordination and everything, but something went whack with my computer and all I was left with was...nothing. BOO. So here's a shortened and less elaborate version of what I had written earlier

PASSAGE: The Armor of God

MEMORY VERSE: "Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may become pure and blameless, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe as you hold out the word of life--in order that on the day of Christ I may boast that I did not labor or run for nothing" Philippians 2:14-16

NOTES: "Stand firm then, with the
BELT OF TRUTH buckled around your waist,
with the BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS in place,
and with your FEET fitted with the READINESS that comes from the GOSPEL OF PEACE.
In addition to all this, take up the SHIELD OF FAITH, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
Take the HELMET OF SALVATION and the SWORD OF THE SPIRIT, which is the Word of God.
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.
Pray also for me, that whenver I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should."

ACT OF LOVE: My mom is leaving tomorrow morning for a weekend conference in Detroit, MI, to which she was invited to be the speaker. I spent some time after dinner praying with her, that she may be equipped to speak the word of God, that
"words will be given to her so that she will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel" [Eph 6:19]. Also will spend some time praying for her during my QT
